Q: Do you have experience working with big customers and any abilities to take care of an order with multiple items?
A: Yes, we have cooperated with many big customers, by which we knew the process of samples, and quality inspection requirements from big customers. And we also have rich experience to consolidate the orders in last few years.

A: We already worked in this industry for more than 6 years.
Q: Which countries you sold to before?
A: Our markets are in USA, Europe(Germany, UK, Russia…), CA and some of countries in South America, and Asia.
Q: Can I ask for samples before the first order?
A: Of course, we are able to offer quality reference samples, and customized samples. We always treat samples seriously.
Q: Do you support customization?
A: Yes, absolutely, logo, color, size and packaging can be customized. we’re always working on OEM projects. We also helped our clients to make new molds for their patented products.
Q: How do you manage the quality and make sure it's all good?
A: We do online inspection by our inspectors, and also working with the third party of inspection companies to make sure the goods are in good state and we’d like to send the inspection reports with you before shipment, please click to check our QUALITY CONTROL PROCESS.
Q: What is the lead time?
A:Generally speaking, 10-25 days, a bit longer during peak seasons.
(Remarks: the urgent orders are not USUALY recommended, in order to make sure all production processes and inspection processes are well implemented.
Q: What is MOQ?
A: It depends, in general, 200-500 pcs, you can contact us for a quick response, and we’s also like to support start-ups and small-sized companies.
